ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our HR Connect team on a Full-time basis.  In this people-focused role, you’ll be a trusted partner in delivering smooth, consistent HR support across the organization. You’ll help ensure employees and leaders receive timely answers, seamless onboarding experiences, and reliable guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to keep processes moving, solve problems and contribute to an exceptional employee experience. If you’re energized by coordination, connection and making things run well behind the scenes, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to support our people every day.

This position is based out of our Downtown Calgary Head Office, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.

  • Support HRBPs and HR Managers with tactical projects, reporting, and process execution throughout the year
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with interview coordination, scheduling, drafting and issuing offer letters and coordinating pre-employment checks
  • Initiate onboarding workflows documentation and support leaders with access requests and onboarding tasks
  • Manage HR records, update employee files, process change forms and maintain accurate documentation on SharePoint and HRIS systems
  • Support the administration of the employee lifecycle process
  • Participate in HR Connect team meetings, training sessions, and shared service improvements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements and supporting HR initiatives
