ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking to a hire a Power Station Maintenance Planner to join our South Headland site-based team. The Power Station Maintenance Planner is a crucial position which plans and schedules all resources and materials to enable the successful operation of the power station. The role will be a local, residential position Monday through Friday based in South Hedland.
This is a safety sensitive position. The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment testing.
ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance planning
- Collaboration with key stakeholders of major maintenance activities
- Ensure long range and short-range planning of resource requirements to undertake necessary maintenance tasks
- Building and maintaining an optimised 12-month major maintenance activity schedule
- Scoping work and developing work orders for major work activities including a detailed execution list, resources, materials identified and Permit to work requests
- Developing work packs and facilitating the work pack review process
- Estimating costs and identifying opportunities to improve cost performance
- Support the change management process during the event
- Complete post event work including demobilisation, reconciliation of costs and updating asset history and CMMS
- Maintain the Certified Plant documentation and ongoing statutory inspections
- Manage performance against maintenance KPIs
- Manage and execute CAPEX and OPEX projects
- Manage expenditure and budget within annual targets
SAP Master Data
- Creation of and updates to PM Plans, Items, Flocs, Equipment, Task Lists, BOMs, PRTs and Measurement Points
Inventory Management
- Ensure Parts and Equipment are available for PM Work Orders
- Maintain the store inventory, reorder stores inventory
- Requisition for Stores reordering
- Perform Stocktakes of store inventory
- Receive orders into inventory
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following must-have qualifications and experience:
- Current Manual C Class driver’s license
- Experience with SAP PM Planning, Work Management and Master Mata
- Experience with SAP MM Purchasing, Material Masters & Cycle Counts
Nice to haves
The following qualifications and/or experience are desirable, but not essential:
- Trade certificate in the relevant Mechanical or Electrical field
- Experience with reliability and asset health tools e.g.: ARMS
- Forklift license HRWL
- Experience with GE LM 6000 gas turbine
- Steam system experience including steam turbines, boilers, and water treatment
