ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a passionate, self-starter Administrator to join our TransAlta team in South Hedland. You will be a part of the Australia Shared Services team reporting to the Lead Administrator. For this fast-paced role, your versatility, high level of initiative, professionalism, and ability to build effective relationships throughout the organisation is highly valued.

This is a permanent Part-time position, based in South Hedland.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Travel Coordination and roster management
  • EHS support
  • General office duties
  • Raising and receiving purchase orders using SAP
  • Ongoing maintenance of training records and database
  • Document control, implementing and updating procedures as required
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Event coordination
  • Supporting the Plant managers and other Managers with varied ad hoc tasks

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office suite and SAP
  • Experience working with in a small team, working toward team goals
  • A general understanding of invoicing practices
  • Unrestricted manual driver licence

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates will be required to provide a valid Police Clearance (within the last six months) and undertake an onboarding medical.
